DCGA President junior Will Minor announced at the meeting on Jan. 29 that he is beginning a discussion on the creation of a fall break to be up for consideration for next fall's calendar.
Minor also informed senate he will be meeting with dining services and local farmers to discuss and navigate a proper implementation for the Cage Free Egg Resolution passed last semester.
Vice President sophomore Ben Hobbs announced the dates of the spring housing lottery to be April 8, 10, 14, 16 and 18.
Hobbs brought up the possibility of an online roommate search that might be employed in preparation for this spring's upcoming housing lottery.
Rules Chair sophomore Emily Julian and Public Relations Chair junior Patrick Dull are beginning a regulation system aimed to ensure every campus organization has its own written constitution.
Junior Meredith Atwood and senior Sarah Grannemann were elected on Tuesday to be part of an Environmental Task Force, which will seek to make Denison a more sustainable campus.
Finally, DCGA voted to increase funding for the Denison Community Association (DCA) and the Bandersnatch through budget re-allocations.
