Denison students elected junior Eric "Harry" Brisson for DCGA president and sophomore Kale Hills for DCGA vice president today. They will begin their terms next semester.

According to the DCGA elections committee, 1,307 of 2,108 students enrolled at Denison voted in today's election, making voter participation 62%. Brisson received 65% of the vote for president, and Hills received 38% of the vote for vice president.

Both candidates ran their campaigns on platforms based on the issues of communication with the student body, sustainability and finance reform. Brisson hopes to improve communication about DCGA and issues in the student body during his term as president, and his role will require him to chair the executive board and serve as an at-large member to all DCGA committees. Hills will serve on the board for residential life and act as a liason between the president and Senate.
